SIZE GUIDE (please scroll down for other useful ordering info )

When choosing the right size, please bear in mind if your child is small or large for his/her age, or you are going to give the cardigan as a present in a few months time.
These measurements will give a good idea of the sizes, but please bear in mind that hand-knitted garments might vary a little in size.
(Sizes labels in the back of the cardigans are not the same as age - we will send the best size for the age of the child.)

payment
Please pay by credit or debit card when you make place your order.
Card payments are securely made via the Royal Bank of Scotland. 

sending your order to you
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, so orders to UK addresses will usually be received within a week (but that does rely on the Royal Mail).
Overseas delivery times will vary depending on the destination. 
All jewellery items are sent by Recorded Delivery.

postage & packing
Post and packing costs are £3.00 to UK addresses including BFPOs regardless of the size of your order, and for all other countries there is a post & packing charge of £5.00 per order.

out of stock
If we have run out of an item we will let you know as soon as possible.
We will only charge your credit or debit card for the items we have in stock and are sending.

returns
If an item does not fit or is not suitable, please return it to us within 14 days to exchange it for another size, or for a full refund.
Please quote your order number, or put a copy of the order in the parcel, and post your parcel to the address on the "contact us" page. Please state clearly if you want a refund, or exactly what you would like as a replacement.
We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office.
If you need a refund, you will be refunded to the credit or debit card you paid with.


VAT
All our prices include VAT at the current rate, where applicable.

overseas taxes and duties
Usually goods sent outside the UK are delivered free of local import duties and taxes. However that cannot be guaranteed, and extra taxes/duties might have to be paid locally by the customer.

our clothes
Please note that because most of our clothes are hand-made and hand-embroidered, they will vary slightly, and your item may not be quite the same as the photo - they are all unique!
Colours might also be slightly different from the pictures.

privacy and security
We only ask for your email address and phone number in case there are any queries on your order.
We never sell or give customer details to any other organisation.
